RETREATS
The price for a week long retreat is 800 euros.* This includes:
- 7 nights accommodation
- Daily guided meditations
- Daily yoga classes
- Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Unlimited coffee, tea and spring water from natural well
- Direct access to the nature reserve’s hiking trails, shelters & lakes
- Canoe trip & picknick
- Beautiful forest garden with pond
- Campfire sharing
During the retreat you can enjoy an extensive daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. Three times a day you can enjoy your meals in the forest garden or indoors. Coffee, tea, spring water or lemon water are available all day.
During the retreats there will be plenty of opportunity to experience nature. You have the opportunity for making hikes in the fantastic nature reserve. You can go swimming in the lake(s), go boating, fishing, walking, or just relax in the beautiful garden. And there are nice places in the region for exploring the local Swedish culture and heritage.
Not included in the price are:
- Towels (for rent)
- Pick-up and/or drop-off to from airport or bus/train station (available)
- Individual travel expenses
- Costs for museum entrance and/or hospitality expenses on cultural outings

ACCOMODATION FOR RENT
For rentals we have a few possibilities:
The Stuga
A charming cottage built in 1900, recently renovated and fully equipped, the Stuga has a large bedroom with double bed and two comfortable armchairs, a cozy living room with open kitchen, a small hallway with storage facilities and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The Stuga has its own wooden veranda and table and chairs for outside living and dining. The Stuga sleeps 2 people. In consultation it is possible to add an extra bed (price on request). Bed linen and towels available for rent.
Price per week: 650 euros
The Uthus
The Guesthouse is an newly renovated building with modern furnishings and sleeps 11 people. It has a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, a living room, 2 toilets, a bathroom and a washing machine. The Guesthouse has its own wooden veranda with table and chairs for outside living and dining. Bed linen and towels available for rent. You can book the Uthus here
Price per week: 1200 euros (price variation possible according to number of guests)
The Stolpbod
The Stolpbod is an antique wooden hut from 1760, in the old days used for storage of food. It is a one room hut with a twin bed. It has electricity. Use of kitchen, bathroom, toilet and washing facilities are in the main building. Bed linen and towels available for rent.
